Kyle Kiser

Groups Minister

After getting a business degree, I moved into Biblical studies for my post-graduate work. For 28 years, I was in a pulpit somewhere, including spending the first nine years of ministry planting a church in Missouri.

My favorite Bible verse is 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24. “May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it.” It is my favorite because it describes our God as one who will always follow through. I have restated these words often as my motivation to finish well.

In 2006, I joined the staff at The Hills Church.  After working the first five years in Outreach, I moved to become campus minister for the newly forming WFW campus that launched on August 7, 2011. Now community groups minister, I help people find and lead groups so they can follow Jesus closer than ever before. My hope for the future of The Hills is that we honor Christ and scripture and that we be a church that makes sense as we work and serve each generation.
