How can I pick one favorite scripture? It seems to change with the path I am on. Today I am in Isaiah. “I have made you, I will carry you; I will sustain you, and I will rescue you.” Isaiah 46:4. Those words: Made, Carry, Sustain, Rescue. On the hardest days when I wonder how I got through the day that scripture tells me HE carried me and HE sustained me. Christ’s church is built for this – to carry and sustain.

My hope for The Hills is to be an avenue for those who need to know God made them, He will rescue them, and somewhere in the middle we can help carry their burdens and sustain them as we all long for His return. Because this is what family should do. Especially church family.
