The Hills Church has a 20 year history with Tarrant County Correction Center, as well as the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Success can be found in the many changed lives of men and women in the Downtown Fort Worth facility, the Green Bay facility, as well as many jails and prisons throughout Texas and the US.

A volunteer chaplain, David Young, has led this ministry for more than seven years. He oversees three men’s and women’s weekly classes, quarterly newsletters and weekly mailouts of Rick Atchley’s sermons to hundreds of inmates and corresponds with many inmates every week.
