Class designed to help you understand what causes and prolongs conflict. Conflict is inevitable, yet each of us can learn to be Christ like in the midst of a conflict. Our lives are complicated by dealing with difficult people at home, at church, at school and at work. How can we best prepare ourselves to see difficult people as opportunities to share God’s love and grow spiritually? This class is a fresh new look at ways to have effective and calm conversations with difficult people. This will be a practical approach to conflict resolution, including active listening techniques, so that each attendee walks away with a framework for dealing with conflict in their own life.
