What does the price of admission include?

The price of admission includes entrance to all conference sessions, the best BBQ around for Friday night's dinner, snacks, coffee, and water throughout the conference. We will serve Chick-Fil-A chicken biscuits Saturday morning, light snacks and coffee.

Is Childcare Available?

Childcare is not provided.

I can't attend all sessions. Are session rates available?

Partial registrations are NOT available. You are encouraged to register and attend the portions of the conference that your schedule allows. Note: Some of the sessions will be recorded and available for conference attendees for 30 days post-conference.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

All tickets are transferable, but not refundable. Contact us to transfer your ticket.

How do I receive financial assistance?

You may request financial assistance by clicking here.

How can I make a donation to enable another person to attend the conference?

There is a place on the registration form to donate to financial assistance. To donate by cash or check, please send us a message.

What are some hotel recommendations?

We recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Inn – Hurst, located at 1615 Campus Drive, Hurst, TX 76054. A special group rate of $109/night (plus tax) is available for Men’s Conference attendees. To book, call 817-281-5800 and ask for the “Men’s Conference” block or use group code 90N. You can also book here directly.

Rooms are available at this rate until Friday, January 2, 2026. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid charges. Guests are responsible for their own payment and will need a credit card to reserve.
