To become peacemakers in our sphere of influence means learning to build connections with others that will endure through conflict. Rapport building in close relationships enables people to understand other perspectives better. Creating a safe space for conversation, friendship and collaborative working together is crucial. The class will explore easy to use techniques for rapport and team building, developing relationships and understanding emotion. Learn what happens to our brains and bodies during conflict. This class will equip you to take the fear out of everyday encounters and utilize your emotional intelligence.
